-If the cradle isn’t charging, please remove the back mag cable cover (as shown in the pictures below), and bring the cable forward a bit towards the front of the cradle, and leave a bit of slack on the back of the cradle when putting the cover back on, so that the there is a bit of slack, so the cable isn’t pulled tight.

 

-The assembly should have a rubber spacer in between the magnetic charging connector and the back of the cradle as shown in the pictures below.

-Once the cable has been reseated, and the cable cover screwed back in place, make sure the magnetic connector fully attaches to the magnetic module on the case when it’s put in place. It should look like the picture below.

-If the assembly is still not charging, please try swapping a different case into the cradle to see if the issue follows the case, or if it follows the cradle.

-If the issue follows the case, it’s possible the magnetic module could need replacing.

-If the issue follows the cradle, it’s possible the magnetic cable could need replacing.
